1999 Delaware Collector Spoon Issued by thr U.S. Mint (I20)
It is 4.5 Inches Long. The Delaware Quarter (uncirculated) is mounted at the top and Delaware is spelled out in block lettering on the spoon stem. The spoon is in it's original box. As far as I know the U.S. Mint is no longer selling this item. It is a toned state quarter. This item is from a sealed box. Item was never opened.
